Last year, following a long and persistent campaign from RecFish SA, it was announced that 5 SA Reservoirs; the Warren, Bundaleer, Baroota, Hindmarsh Valley and Tod will be opened to recreational fishing.
Since this time, RecFish SA has been working with the relevant government departments, SA Water and local councils to progress this announcement to become great new fishing opportunities.
In the first round of SA Recreational Fishing Grants, RecFish SA was successful in securing provisional approval for up to $100,000 to stock desirable angling species into these waters.
